RETURNS
We aim to provide you with cycling apparel you’ll love. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and prefer a refund rather than an exchange, please follow the guidelines below.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Depending on your bank, funds may take a few business days to appear.
- We cover the cost of shipping for eligible returned Noove products.
If a return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the applicable shipping fees from your refund.
- We produce our collections in limited quantities to reduce waste. We value your thoughtful consideration when making purchases to help minimize returns and protect the environment.
Log in
- Click the profile icon in our store’s menu, or navigate to our Refund Policy or Returns page.
- Select Request return.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for the six-digit verification code we send you.
- Return to the store and enter the verification code.
Complete your return
- Choose the order you want to return and click Request return.
- If there are multiple items, select which ones you’re returning.
- Pick a return reason and leave any notes for us.
- Click Request return again to confirm.
What happens next
- If your return is approved and shipping is required, we’ll send you an email with instructions and a return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll process your refund.
